Mr. Shankar.V, the proprietor, aged around 54 years, is a Chemical Engineer and Masters Holder in M.S. Industrial Engineering from BITS Pilani. He has spent more than six years with a big Chemical Process Company and in the year 1997 ventured to start his own construction outfit. He being a resident of velachery saw the huge potential offered by Velachery for real estate development and ventured to set up his own construction outfit.
In the past successful nineteen years, in the real estate industry; Mr. Shankar.V, has been able to complete 100 projects average area measuring 7000 to 7500 Sqft. He has constructed more than 2,00,000 square feet both in commercial and residential construction with 90% of its share coming from residential construction.
Most of the projects have been carried out in and around velachery and are known for their quality of construction and timely completion.
